Very poor headset compared to Jabra and Plantronics purchased same timeI bought a Jabra (behind the ear) a plantronics 925, and this. This was the worst performing one out of the three.Call quality was poor, customers had a hard time understanding me, etc.I immediately put this back into the case and sent back to amazon. If youre curious, the 925 worked best for me.
This bluetooth headset is good although I do not use it much. Also, the carrying case as a base to charge the bluetooth was a nice added touch. The sound quality isn't as good as I wish it'd be but it's good enough for what it is. I also like the small carrying case it comes with, I don't have to worry about the earpiece breaking in my pocket. But it is the only way to charge the bluetooth so I wouldn't reccommend losing it. One of the best looking bluetooth I've had so far also.
The ear piece makes my ear a little sore but I switch from ear to ear and all is well. This product does the job. Sounds clear and I have not had any problems with it. That is the only reason a 5 was not given. I enjoy the product.
This is my third Bluetooth device in as many years. Would I buy it again. The headset itself easily turns on and off (which sounds like a simple function, but wasn't all that easy on my previous two Bluetooths).
THAT feature is great. 2)this could be a deal-breaker: In the middle of a conversation, even with the cellphone within a few feet of the headset, this Bluetooth sometimes disconnects itself, and the call has reverted back to the cellphone. I wanted this one because of the portable charger/case.
Two things I don't like.1)the headset isn't very comfortable for longer calls--my ear starts to hurt if it's in for more than a few minutes. Makes the headset easy to carry along with cellphone, without throwing it in my purse and accidentally having it turn on and call back the last number dialed. Also it sits nicely on a countertop, making the set less easy to lose.
Actually, this does make problem 1 less of a nuisance--since the headset time is shorteded by the BT's refusal to stay in the conversation. No.
Lightweight, great sound quality and has the most comfortable ear hook I've ever worn so that I forget I'm wearing it. The only glitch is that if I answer an incoming call after three rings by pressing a button on the phone and not the earpiece, the earpiece will (sometimes) keep ringing throughout the entire call while I'm in conversation. I also like the Bluetooth earpiece ringer. It isn't annoying or piercing when I get a call. I switch to handset in this case which is inconvenient. I would still buy the Motorola H680 again.
